Ribs from the Crib

INGREDIENTS   INSTRUCTIONS

5-7 lbs of pork spare ribs

3 - 8oz containers of prepared ginger -
or make your own with ginger root & olive oil
( for consistency ) prepared in a food processor.


1lb brown sugar

4tbl spoons brown sugar

1tbl spoon of cinnamon

24 oz Kikkoman teriyaki glaze

32 oz KC Masterpiece teriyaki marinade/sauce


Other Stuff to go with Dinner

Rosemary Red Potatoes
Juice
Salad

 

1. Cut Ribs into 3 or 4 rib portions
2. Make incision 1" long in between each riblet
3. Place in pot of boiling water
4. Add ginger, sugar, cinnamon into boiling water
5. Water should just cover ribs
6. Boil 1.5 hrs
7. Remove and place on pan
8. Generously cover ribs with Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze and refrigerate for 24hrs
9. 24 hrs later - Grill and add KC Masterpiece sauce.

If you don’t have 24 hrs the recipe will still work, give at least 5-6 hrs of marinade time in the fridge.
