Sour Cream Chicken

INGREDIENTS   INSTRUCTIONS

8 Chicken breasts
1 Clove of garlic (at least)
2 tbls. Margarine
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Cooking white wine
4 tbs Parmesan cheese


 

Other Stuff to go with Dinner

Rice (32 oz. when cooking for 4)
Juice
Salad

 

Fry garlic in butter, fry chicken in pan
until light. Put chicken in baking dish.
Mix and heat all remaining ingredients
in saucepan. Pour over chickens. Bake
350 degrees for one hour. Serve over rice
or pasta.
